After submitting an ad, Google first reviews it through an automatic system, then activates it. Google can delay an ad review for a maximum of 24 hours. So this matter is completely under the control of Google where we have no role. However, if an ad is still under review after 24 hours, we will send it to manual review through Google’s support. If it happens that due to any policy of Google, the ad cannot be activated in any way, then the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days after discussing with the customer.
